1-Advertised vacancies are provisional and responsive. If the user’s department reduces the vacancy status to any number or zero, then the board is not liable to compensate the applicant for any consequential loss/loss. Vacancies on equivalent / comparable positions can also be filled through this advertisement. Apart from this, vacancies in relation to PWD are different under the provisions of the RPWD Act 2016.
2-The Board reserves the right to reject the candidature of any ineligible candidate in any stage of recruitment.
3-The Board reserves the right to cancel the entire process or part of the examination, in the case of improper means, fraud or other irregularities/misconduct or by the administrative reasons. The Board reserves the right to cancel or to set up a new examination center and reserves the right to be present in the examination center if it is necessary.
4-The Board reserves the right to cancel any examination center and asks the candidates of that center to come to the other center. The Board reserves the right to direct candidates of any center in any other center to take the examination. Under no circumstances will any request for a change in time of examination, time and examination will not be accepted.
5-If necessary, the right to amend or amend the examination plan given in Annex I-1 is secured at any time before the examination.
6-Candidate’s candidature in the written examination is completely temporary and results of any direction/decision/order/announcement of any court of law and the result of the admission letter or presence in the examination do not authorize it for any claim.
